About Rotate PDF
A scanned page that comes out sideways or upside down is hard to read on screen. This tool lets you rotate PDF pages online for free. You can turn a single page with its own buttons, or turn every page at once, then save the file with the new orientation.
Rotating only changes which way the page faces. Your text, links and quality stay the same, so the file reads just as it did, only the right way up.
It is useful for anyone who scans paperwork or gets files from a phone or office copier. Picture an office manager who scanned a stack of supplier invoices. Most pages are fine, but pages 3 and 7 went through the feeder the wrong way. She opens the PDF, clicks Upside down on page 3 and Right on page 7, and saves. The work happens in your browser, and the file is never uploaded.
How to use Rotate PDF
- Drop your PDF on the page or click Choose file.
- To fix one page, use the buttons on that page: Left, Right or Upside down.
- To fix the whole file, use Turn every page instead.
- Click Save rotated PDF. The pages keep their new orientation.
- Download the rotated PDF, or click New file to start again.

Rotate PDF: questions people ask

Does rotating reduce quality?

Is my file uploaded?
No. Everything runs in your browser, and your file stays on your device.
Is it free?
