These terms apply when you use omebly.com or buy services or courses from Omebly, a business owned by Tania Firdus, based in India.
- Quotes and scope. Prices on this site are starting prices in USD. Each project gets a written proposal with a fixed price, scope, timeline and milestones. The signed proposal overrides anything on this site.
- Payments. Payments are due at each milestone. Work on the next milestone starts after payment. Bank, PayPal, Wise or card fees are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.
- Your materials. You confirm you have the rights to the text, images, logos and data you give us.
- Ownership. When the project is fully paid, you own the deliverables made for you. Third-party tools, plugins, fonts and stock assets stay under their own licences. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
- Revisions and changes. Revision rounds are listed in the proposal. New requests outside the scope are quoted separately.
- Refunds. Payments for milestones not yet started are refundable. Completed, approved milestones are not. Course fees are refundable within 7 days of the start date if you have attended no more than 2 classes.
- Support. Websites, apps and SaaS products we build get lifetime bug-fix support as described in our Support Policy.
- Confidentiality. We keep your business information private and sign an NDA on request.
- No guarantees of results. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, followers or jobs. Results depend on many things outside our control.
- Limitation of liability. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
- Delays. If you are slow to send content or approvals, timelines move by the same amount. If a project is paused by the client for more than 60 days, we may close it and bill completed work.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction.
