Most people who visit your site, sign up or even buy once never come back on their own. Email marketing automation follows up for you: a welcome series for new subscribers, a reminder when someone leaves items in their cart, a thank-you and review request after a purchase, and a gentle nudge when a customer has gone quiet. Our email marketing automation services set these flows up in Klaviyo or Mailchimp, along with the segmentation and domain set-up that decide whether emails reach the inbox at all.
It suits e-commerce stores that want more repeat orders, course creators and coaches nurturing subscribers towards a launch, and service businesses that need consistent follow-up. It is part of our wider digital marketing service, and works especially well alongside paid ads, which bring in the subscribers and shoppers that flows then follow up.
Deliverability comes first. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your sending domain, connect your store, forms or CRM to the email platform, and clean your existing list so invalid and long-inactive addresses do not drag down your reputation. Sign-up forms and consent wording are checked at the same time.
Then the core flows. A welcome flow introduces your brand and gives new subscribers a reason to act. Abandoned cart and browse abandonment flows remind shoppers of what they looked at, timed so they help rather than nag. Post-purchase flows thank customers, show how to use the product, ask for a review and suggest a sensible next item. Win-back flows reach customers who have not bought in a while.
Segmentation makes it relevant. We use RFM segmentation, grouping customers by recency, frequency and spend, plus interests and location where useful, so loyal buyers, first-timers and lapsed customers each get different messages. Everything is built on branded, mobile-friendly templates your team can reuse, and results are reported monthly.
We build in order of impact. For most stores, welcome and abandoned cart flows are switched on before anything else, because they catch people at their most interested. Newsletters come later, once the automated base is working.
Inbox placement is protected throughout. Google and Yahoo now expect bulk senders to authenticate their domain, offer one-click unsubscribes and keep spam complaints low, so we follow those rules, send to engaged contacts first and monitor reputation in tools such as Google Postmaster Tools. We would rather send fewer emails that are opened than many that train inboxes to treat you as spam.
Discounts are used carefully. Automatic discounts in every flow can teach customers to wait for an offer, so we test value-led messages, such as reviews, guides and bundles, against discounts and keep what works for your margins. When we also run your Meta ads, email and ads share audiences, so recent buyers are excluded from acquisition ads and lapsed customers can be retargeted.
Domain set-up and the first flows usually go live within a few weeks; a full lifecycle programme with segmentation follows over the next month or two. Delays most often come from waiting for DNS access to add authentication records, so arrange that early.
Cost depends on your platform and integrations, the number of flows and emails in each, how much design work templates need, whether you need content in more than one language, and whether we also write and send regular campaigns. Migrating from one platform to another adds work. Everything is set out in a fixed written quote after a free consultation.
The most common problem we see is an account with years of newsletters and no automated flows, so the emails that would earn most are missing entirely. Others send every campaign to the whole list, including people who have not opened anything in a year, which slowly harms inbox placement for everyone. Abandoned cart emails go out too late, or lead with a discount every time.
Templates look good on desktop but break on mobile or in dark mode, where many emails are read. Sign-up forms promise nothing specific, so few people join. And domains are left without DMARC, which makes it easier for others to impersonate the brand. We check for each of these in the first weeks, and the fixes are usually quick compared with the difference they make.
Projects are led personally by founder Nazmul Hussain, who brings 10+ years of building websites and digital products, which helps when integrations, tracking or DNS records need technical work. Copy, design and set-up are handled by one team, and you approve every flow before it goes live.
Your email account, lists and templates belong to you, and an NDA is available on request. If visitors click through but do not buy, our conversion rate optimisation work looks at the landing page, and GA4 and analytics dashboards show email’s real contribution alongside your other channels.
Tell us your platform and list size on WhatsApp or through the contact page, and we will suggest the first flows to build.
We review your platform, list size, current emails and goals, and agree which flows matter most.

Five automated emails do most of the work for an online store. Here is what each should say, when to send it, and the order to build them in.
A short game that opens from an ad, a QR code or a message can do what a banner cannot: hold attention for a few minutes. Here is when it is worth it.
Twelve beginner-friendly Python projects that solve real problems, ordered from easy to stretching, with what each teaches and how to build it.
Klaviyo is usually the stronger choice for e-commerce stores, because it pulls detailed order and browsing data from platforms like Shopify and makes segmentation by purchase behaviour easy. Mailchimp suits simpler newsletters, service businesses and smaller lists. If you already use one, we normally build on it rather than migrate, unless it clearly holds you back.
They prove to Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo that your emails really come from your domain. Google's and Yahoo's sender requirements now expect bulk senders to authenticate their domain, offer easy unsubscribes and keep spam complaints low. Without authentication, even good emails are more likely to land in spam or be rejected, so we set it up before sending anything.
RFM stands for recency, frequency and monetary value: how recently someone bought, how often, and how much they spend. It separates loyal customers from one-time buyers and from people slipping away. Each group gets different messages, for example early access for loyal customers and a gentle win-back offer for lapsed ones, instead of everyone receiving the same discount.
Only people who agreed to hear from you, in line with the privacy and anti-spam rules in your markets. We review where your list came from, remove invalid and long-inactive addresses, and avoid purchased lists entirely, because they damage deliverability for everyone else on your account. If consent is unclear, a re-permission email can confirm who wants to stay.
Yes. We write the copy, design branded templates that work on mobile and in dark mode, and build them in your platform. You approve each flow before it goes live. If you prefer to write campaigns yourself, we can set up templates and flows and train your team to use them.
We can't promise a figure. It depends on your list size, how engaged subscribers are, your products and how often people buy. What we do is set up the flows that typically matter most, measure revenue or enquiries from each flow and campaign in your platform and GA4, and keep improving the ones that perform.
