About Excel to PDF

This tool lets you convert Excel to PDF online for free. It turns an .xlsx spreadsheet into a PDF and keeps fonts, bold and italic, fill colours, borders, alignment and merged cells. Wide sheets are scaled to fit the page width, and long sheets carry on across more pages. Text and numbers stay selectable and searchable.

It is useful for anyone who needs to send a spreadsheet that the other person shouldn't edit, like a price list, a timesheet or a budget. You can show gridlines and print sheet names as titles if that helps readers.

Think of a small shop owner sending a supplier a monthly order sheet. She opens the .xlsx, picks Landscape so the wide table fits, turns on gridlines, and downloads a tidy PDF to attach to her email. Conversion happens in your browser, and your file is never uploaded.
