    • Step-by-step reasoning and breaking big tasks down
    • Getting answers in tables, JSON and fixed formats
    • Testing and improving prompts like a professional

  3. WEEK 3

    AI images and design

    Create striking images and keep a consistent style.

    • Image prompting: subject, style, light and composition
    • Midjourney, ChatGPT images, Gemini and Adobe Firefly
    • Editing, extending and upscaling images
    • Keeping characters and brands consistent

    HANDS-ON Create a consistent set of brand images for a made-up company.

  4. WEEK 4

    AI video, voice and music

    Produce short videos and audio without a studio.

    • Text-to-video and image-to-video tools such as Runway
    • Natural voice-overs and voice translation with ElevenLabs
    • AI music and sound effects
    • Putting it together into a short video

  5. WEEK 5

    AI assistants that know your documents

    Build assistants that answer from your own files, not just the internet.

    • What retrieval (RAG) means, in simple words
    • Custom GPTs, Claude Projects and NotebookLM
    • Preparing documents so the AI answers well
    • Testing answers for accuracy

  6. WEEK 6

    Workflows and simple APIs

    Make AI do work automatically by connecting it to other apps.

    • No-code automation with Zapier, Make or n8n
    • What an API is and calling an AI model with a few lines of code
    • AI agents: what they are and when to use them
    • Keeping costs and API keys under control

    HANDS-ON Build a workflow that turns form answers into a personalised AI-written email.

  7. WEEK 7

    Quality, safety and the law

    Use generative AI in a way people and companies can trust.

    • Checking facts and reviewing AI output
    • Copyright, licences and using AI images commercially
    • Privacy, bias and deepfakes
    • Writing a simple AI use policy

    HANDS-ON Review three AI projects for risks and write a one-page AI policy.

  8. WEEK 8

    Final project

    Bring everything together in one generative AI project.

    • Choosing a project that solves a real problem
    • Planning, building and testing with mentor support
    • Measuring time saved or quality gained
    • Final presentations and feedback

    HANDS-ON Build and present your own generative AI project, for example a content studio or a knowledge assistant.

Generative AI: questions people ask

Do I need to know coding or maths?

No. Every course starts from zero and explains each idea in plain language. Where code appears, we explain it line by line, and the AI writes most of it for you.

Which AI tools do I need to buy?

None to start. We use the free versions of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot. If a paid plan would really help you later, we tell you why and you decide.

Are classes live or recorded?

Live online classes with a mentor, so you can ask questions as you go. Every class is also recorded, so you can catch up or revise.

How much time do I need each week?

About 5 to 6 hours: two 90-minute classes plus 2 to 3 hours for the weekly task.

What if AI tools change during the course?

They will, and that is part of the plan. We teach the skills behind the tools (clear instructions, checking answers, building workflows), so you can switch to any new tool with confidence.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes, an Omebly certificate of completion that lists the projects you built.

Is my data safe when I use AI tools?

We teach you what not to paste into AI tools, how to turn off training on your chats where possible, and how to follow your company's rules.
