About Create PDF form
Create a fillable PDF form by placing field boxes on any PDF. Turn an application, order form or checklist into a form people can complete on screen instead of printing it. The fields are standard PDF form fields, so answers can be filled in, saved and read by other apps.
This is useful for small businesses, schools, clubs and HR teams who still send paper forms. For example, a yoga studio can open its sign-up sheet exported as a Word document, add Text fields for name and email, a Dropdown for class times, a Checkbox for the waiver and a Signature field, then share the form with new members.
You can choose Text, Paragraph, Checkbox, Dropdown or Signature fields, name each one and mark it as required. The form works in common PDF readers, browsers, phones and the Fill PDF forms tool. Your PDF is processed in your browser and never uploaded. It is free, with no sign-up and no watermark.
How to use Create PDF form
