CHAPTER 01

Pitch deck design services and the marketing kit around them

A brand only does its job once it is used: on the slides you present, the cards you hand over, the posts you publish and the box your product arrives in. Omebly’s pitch deck design services turn your story and data into a clear, on-brand deck, and our marketing kits give your team the everyday files to keep the brand consistent, from social templates to stationery, packaging and digital stamps.

01.1

Who it suits

We work with founders preparing to pitch to funders or partners, sales teams who need consistent proposals, and businesses that have a new identity but no practical files yet. Everything is delivered editable, in Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma or Canva as suits your team. This is part of Omebly’s brand building service.

01.2

A note on expectations

A note on expectations: a well-designed deck makes your business easier to understand. It cannot promise funding, and we never suggest otherwise. Funding decisions rest on the business itself.

CHAPTER 02

What’s included in a pitch deck and marketing kit

Story and structure first. Before designing, we review your current deck, plan and data, then agree a slide-by-slide story with you. Most decks cover the problem, your solution, the market, how the business makes money, traction or milestones, the team, and what you are asking for. The order and emphasis depend on your audience and stage.

02.1

A fully designed deck

Each slide is designed to make one point. We redraw charts so the key figure is obvious, turn dense paragraphs into diagrams and add product screenshots or mock-ups. The facts and figures come from you; we make them easy to read.

02.2

Keynote and PowerPoint master kits

Editable masters with title, content, chart, image and team layouts, using your colours and fonts. Your team can add slides later without breaking the design.

02.3

A sales or company deck

Funders and customers want different things. We adapt the deck into a version for customers and partners that focuses on outcomes, process and what working with you looks like.

02.4

Social media kit

Profile avatars, cover banners and post and story templates sized for each platform.

02.5

Stationery, packaging and stamps

Business cards, letterheads, email signatures and invoice layouts; packaging or labels built on your printer’s templates; and company stamp and seal artwork for documents and digital signing.

CHAPTER 03

How we approach decks and kits

One message per slide. A slide that tries to say four things says none of them. We write a headline for each slide that states its point, then design everything else to support it. Someone skimming only the headlines should still understand your story.

03.1

Two versions of the same deck

A deck you present can be visual and sparse because you are there to explain it. A deck sent by email must stand on its own. We often design both from the same system, with detail moved to an appendix.

03.2

Numbers that read at a glance

Charts are the most important and most often cluttered part of a deck. We remove default gridlines and legends where possible, highlight the figure that matters and label it directly.

03.3

Honest claims only

We help you phrase traction and market data clearly, but we do not invent figures or inflate them. Every number on the slides is one you have supplied and can stand behind.

03.4

Built on your identity

If your brand is new or inconsistent, the kit follows your brand guidelines or, if you have none, a short set of rules we agree at the start. Wording for taglines and pitches can come from our tone of voice and messaging work.

03.5

Print-ready means printer-ready

For stationery and packaging, we ask for your printer’s templates and specifications before designing, and deliver files with bleed, correct colour set-up and outlined fonts.

03.6

Consistent visual language for data

Funders, partners and customers compare many decks. Using the same chart styles, icon set and colour coding throughout yours, for example one colour for your business and a muted grey for competitors, helps people follow the argument without effort and makes the whole deck feel like one considered piece.

03.7

Files your team can use

Templates are tested in the tools your team uses, and we walk you through the slide masters so new slides stay on brand.

CHAPTER 04

Timelines and what affects cost

Your fixed written quote sets the timeline after the free consultation. If you have a pitch date, tell us early so the milestones work back from it. The main factors are:

  • Deck lengthand how much story and content work is needed.
  • Number of versions, such as a presenting deck, a send-ahead deck and a sales deck.
  • Charts, diagrams and product mock-upsto create.
  • Kit scope: social templates, stationery, packaging and stamps.
  • Number of tools, if masters are needed in Keynote, PowerPoint and Google Slides.

You get a fixed written quote within 48 hours, weekly reviews and milestone payments released only after you review each stage. Once fully paid, the deck, masters and kit files we create are yours. An NDA is available on request, which matters when your deck contains plans and figures that are not public.

FAQ

Marketing and Investor Kits: questions people ask

Will a professionally designed pitch deck help us raise funding?

A clear, well-designed deck helps people understand your business quickly, but no designer can promise funding. Decisions depend on the business, the market, the team and the numbers. What we can do is make your story easy to follow, your data easy to read and your deck look as considered as the business behind it.

Do you write the content of the pitch deck?

We shape the story and structure with you, write slide headlines and tighten the text so each slide makes one point. The facts, figures, financial projections and claims come from you, and you remain responsible for their accuracy. We do not prepare financial models or give legal or investment advice.

Should we use Keynote, PowerPoint or Google Slides?

Use the tool your team and audience already use. PowerPoint is the most widely shared, Keynote is popular with Mac teams and Google Slides suits collaborative editing. We can deliver masters for more than one, though fonts and animations behave slightly differently in each, so we test the files in every tool you choose.

How many slides should a pitch deck have?

There is no fixed number. A deck sent ahead of a meeting needs to make sense without you talking, so it carries a little more text. A deck you present live can be shorter and more visual, with detail in an appendix. We often create both versions from the same design so you are ready for either situation.

Can you design packaging that our printer can produce?

Yes. We ask your printer or manufacturer for their dieline template, colour requirements and file specifications before designing, then deliver print-ready files with bleed, fonts outlined and colours set up as they request. We recommend a printed proof before the full run, because colours on paper and card differ from screens.

What is included in the social media kit?

Profile avatars sized for each platform, cover banners, and editable templates for posts, stories and announcements. We design them in Figma or Canva depending on who will use them. Templates use your brand fonts and colours and leave clear space for changing text and photos, so your team can post quickly without breaking the look.
