What does lifetime bug-fix support cover?
If something we built breaks and it does not work as agreed in the signed scope, we fix it free, for as long as Omebly operates. New features, design or content changes, third-party plugins or services, hosting and updates for new OS or browser versions are quoted separately. See our Support Policy.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We work with clients worldwide and schedule calls in your time zone. Most communication runs on WhatsApp, email and video calls.
How do I pay?
International clients can pay by card, PayPal or Wise. Clients in India can also pay by UPI or bank transfer. Prices are in USD; we confirm the final amount in your currency on the invoice.
How does payment work?
Projects are split into milestones (typically 40% to start, 30% at the design or beta milestone, 30% before launch). You pay for each stage only after you have seen it.
How many revisions do I get?
Each proposal lists the revision rounds for that project, usually 2 rounds per design stage. Small fixes during development do not count as revisions.
Who owns the code and design?
You do. Once the project is fully paid, the source code, designs and accounts we set up are handed over to you. We only keep the right to show the work in our portfolio, and we will not do that if you ask us not to (NDA on request).
What if I want a refund?
Money paid for a milestone that is not started yet is refundable. Completed and approved milestones are not refundable. If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we refund the unfinished part. Full terms are on our Terms page.
How long does a project take?
A business website usually takes 2 to 4 weeks; apps and SaaS products take longer. You get a timeline with the fixed quote after a free consultation.
