About Batch PDF

Batch PDF lets you process many PDFs at once. Add up to 100 files, pick one action, and get every result back in a single ZIP. You can compress, convert to black and white, flatten, remove comments, remove metadata, or optimise for web. It uses the same engine as each single tool, so you get the same quality, just in one go.

It saves time for anyone with a folder of files to clean up: an office preparing scans for an archive, a teacher shrinking worksheets for a class site, or a team stripping metadata before sharing documents. For example, an accountant can compress a month of scanned receipts at once so they fit an upload portal.

If a file fails, it is skipped and listed, and the rest still finish. Processing happens in your browser and your PDFs are never uploaded. It is free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily cap.
