Security at Omebly

Last updated: 6 October 2026

We build products that people trust with their data, so we hold our own work to the same standard.

How we build

  • HTTPS everywhere, secure logins and role-based access in every project.
  • Code reviews for security before release, with fixes before launch.
  • Passwords are never stored in plain text; secrets stay out of source code.
  • Regular, tested backups for projects we host or manage.
  • Dependencies kept up to date during the project and under our support policy.

Your data with us

  • Client files and logins are shared only with the people working on your project.
  • We sign NDAs on request.
  • When a project ends, you get every account and credential, and we remove our access if you ask.

The Omebly App

The Omebly App is in testing. It uses encrypted connections, a dedicated safety team and in-app reporting and blocking. Read the app's own policies at the Omebly App legal pages.

Report a security issue

If you find a vulnerability in omebly.com or the Omebly App, email hussain@omebly.com with details. Please do not access other people's data or disrupt the service. We will reply within 3 working days and thank researchers who report responsibly.
